The Rotary Santa collections take place in the run up to Christmas in the Woking area and Town Square . We take the sleigh out and our collectors knock on doors inviting the children to come out and meet Santa. Due to the severe weather conditions this winter the club was unable to do the street collections but this did not prevent us from taking the sleigh into Town Square . It was extremely cold, except for Santa in his warm outfit. The collectors all had very cold hands! Although the snow seemed to have affected the number of shoppers the collection was still good.
